Zoltan originally from Pecs in Hungary began his London career at the Michelin starred Artisan Restaurant in Mayfair, followed by The Georgian Restaurant in Harrods, Brindisa in London Bridge, José Tapas Bar and Pizarro where he was Executive chef for 7 years before moving to Menorca to fulfil his dream of opening his own restaurant.
Demelza is from Seville. Raised on the family farm where they grow olives and the famous Seville oranges. She began her career helping her father with his catering business. After working in London for many years she now has extensive experience in hospitality management.
Ruben from Vigo, Galicia began his career at a very early age helping out at his parents restaurant. He has created a wine and drinks list to complement our food. Previously at Pizarro and Brindisa in London.
Johana grew up on the family farm in Kruseva, Serbia. after studying Spanish she moved to London and worked at the famous Borough Market.
Francesco is originally from Brazil where his family had a farm growing coffee and fruit. Moving to Madrid at a young age he later trained as a pastry chef. In London he first worked at Michelin starred Hakkasan and after at all three José Pizarro restaurants.
